Specifically designed for anyone with very little or no yoga experience.
Offered in a safe and nurturing environment, this program will break down and teach you the basic yoga poses that are used in a typical yoga class.
In addition to learning proper alignment, modifications with props and breathing techniques, participants will gain knowledge and body awareness that offers the confidence to take their practice to the next level.
6 week session- $60/ MWLC mbrs.; $75/ Non mbrs.
Pre registration is required. Minimum of 5 students required to hold series.
