Description
This single-night, professional cooking class covers essential saute skills any chef should possess. Chef William Walsh will guide you through a combination of discussion, demonstration & hands-on preparation of the night’s menu: Chicken Marsala, Mediterranean Shrimp and Rice Pilaf. All ingredients and equipment are provided. Chef William Walsh is a LRCC Culinary and Hospitality Professor, former NH cafe owner and Le Cordon Bleu Chef. Sharpen your culinary skills at LRCC!
