Buzz over to the Pollinator Party, a celebration of the life and work of bees and butterflies, and caterpillars too! Bees and other pollinators play a major role in American agriculture by pollinating fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Pollinator Party brings together bees, caterpillars, beekeepers, flowers and more. Visit with local beekeepers and learn how to raise your own bees. See the bee houses in Kirkwood Gardens, learn about plants that attract pollinators, and find out about native bees. Make a wildflower seed bomb to start your own pollinator garden at home. Visit with The Caterpillar Lab to meet a variety of live native caterpillars.
