Each chakra center relates to a different area of our lives. You will be guided through the chakras to improve the balance of your chakras and bring your health and mental attitude into a more peaceful state.\n\nWeek 4 Body awareness meditation: The body scan meditation is effective in relieving stress and can be performed while sitting or lying down.
