    As the Talent Engagement and Recruiting Specialist, you will spend time creating and implementing recruiting strategies, proactively creating long-term relationships and pipelines, networking, interviewing, and making recommendations on candidate fit. This role demonstrates the utmost care for all applicants, ensuring there is a fit on both sides.  At currently 70 team members and growing consistently, finding the right next team member is more important that a high quantity of hires.

    In this role, you must thrive in managing and directing your own day, creating and owning strategies and processes for recruiting talent, and driving towards outcomes with a sense of urgency.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    • Create and implement efficient and effective recruiting strategies based on the open positions and needs of Mainstay
    • Proactively source and recruit candidates, building long-term pipelines and keeping candidates engaged
    • Connect with candidates through events, associations, or schools to create additional sources for pipelines
    • Own, create, and build high school and college relationships- creating strong connections and strategies for referrals and recruiting initiatives
    • Create and advertise engaging job posts, reflective of Mainstay’s values and culture
    • Build strong relationships with candidates, spending time getting to know them and the potential fit within the organization
    • Ensure that the best candidates are selected for the role and that the role is the best fit for the candidate
    • Screen applications utilizing assessments tools and by assessing relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
    • Interview candidates and utilize team feedback to enhance the recruiting and screening criteria
    • Maintain prompt and organized communication and feedback throughout the entire recruiting process
    • Identify and create efficiencies in processes surrounding attracting new talent
    • Onboard new talent and integrate them into the company

    TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
    • 3-5 Years of experience in a recruiting role with experience in building pipelines
    • Advanced interviewing skills, with the ability to interview candidates from entry level to executive and make recommendations to the team
    • Experience creating and building process around recruiting
    • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices surrounding hiring and recruitment
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology helpful
    • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
    LOCATION SPECIFICS  
    With New Hampshire offices in Belmont and Manchester, this position can choose to work out of either office. This role can work remotely but may need to travel locally for networking events or to the office for interviews. Preferred applicants are local to the area or may already be intentionally relocating. 

    SALARY & BENEFITS
    This is a full time, salaried position with a full benefits package, including 75% of medical costs covered for the entire family. Benefits also include: 401(k) with 3% match, training program (including paid certifications, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses on achieving certs), laptop, smartphone, charitable program, 3 weeks of starting PTO (4 weeks after 2 years), and long-term sabbatical benefit.
