Residential House Manager
Spaulding Academy & Family Services has a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, energetic and experienced Residential House Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include:- day-to-day operations of one of our residential houses,
- accountability for training and direct supervision to staff,
- participation in student management that will include implementing behavioral/cognitive training and programming and crisis management
- responsible for staff payroll and,
- for providing input to the Residential Director with budget development.
- supervisory experience,
- a BS/BA Degree in Human Service (or a related field) and five (5) years’ experience in human services in a residential setting.
- (in lieu of a BS/BA Degree, we will consider candidates with an Associate's Degree in Human Services and seven (7) years related experience, along with in-service and additional training).
