• Residential House Manager

    Spaulding Academy & Family Services has a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, energetic and experienced Residential House Manager to join our team.
    Responsibilities include:

    • day-to-day operations of one of our residential houses,
    • accountability for training and direct supervision to staff,
    • participation in student management that will include implementing behavioral/cognitive training and programming and crisis management
    • responsible for staff payroll and,
    • for providing input to the Residential Director with budget development.
    Requirements include:
    • supervisory experience,
    • a BS/BA Degree in Human Service (or a related field) and five (5) years’ experience in human services in a residential setting.
    • (in lieu of a BS/BA Degree, we will consider candidates with an Associate's Degree in Human Services and seven (7) years related experience, along with in-service and additional training).
    Successful candidates for the Residential House Manager role will have exemplary job performance and proven evidence of professional expertise and competent decision-making. Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to details, and a positive and outgoing personality are essential to manage a diverse population of staff and students.
