ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care is a walk-in center equipped to treat all urgent, non-life-threatening medical needs. Our Alton center, located next to Hannaford off the traffic circle, is open 12 hours a day, seven days a week. We operate on a walk-in basis, accept most insurances, and most of our patients are registered, treated and discharged in less than an hour.
