My Uncle Hilde was a New Englander through and through. He, like so many other old-timers, had those Yankee traits of frugality and resourcefulness. He often said “Don’t spend money where you don’t need to”. We’ve taken Uncle Hilde’s philosophy and applied it to our store. We will provide you with bargain building materials that will save you money, not something fancy that we’re just trying to “upsell”. You see, our strength is in our ability to source all types of lumber bargains from every continent. Unlike other discount lumberyards, we don’t carry only damaged or distressed goods. Most of our inventory is in perfect condition, and we were able to snatch it up cheap for one reason or another. So it doesn’t matter if you need some Eastern White Pine, Western Red Cedar, South American hardwood flooring, or Chinese Cedar fencing.
