This is a four week class that teaches the basics of meditation. The class will go over the reasons to meditate as well as the benefits of meditating on a daily basis. The classes are usually about an hour long. The first half hour goes over the information taught per each class and the last half hour is a guided meditation related to the topic of discussion. This way everyone leaves with a first hand experience of what was taught that day.
