Join us as we interview the Owners Kristin Bastille & Mike Testa of Defiant Records. Inspired by the movies Empire Records and High Fidelity, Kristin & Mike knew that they wanted to own their own record store and not just any record store. They added Craft Beer, food, and entertainment to their establishment. Well, that’s all the three of us at Hermit Woods need to know to decide that we must meet Kristin & Mike and learn more about their creative adventure in Downtown Laconia.
We will be broadcasting live from Defiant Records and learning more about them and their creative new business venture on Main St. in Downtown Laconia, right next to the newly remodeled Colonial Theater. We can’t wait to meet them, sample the craft beers they have selected to offer, possibly try some of their food and hear their story. We hope you can join us.
