About Us

Sharon has been a resident of New Hampshire for over 25 years and has since resided and
owned property in Kingston, Exeter, Hampstead and Gilford. She now resides in Gilford and
very much enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pup on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Besides owning multiple family homes throughout the years, Sharon has purchased, managed
and sold income property in two of her favorite NH towns of Exeter and Gilford.

Sharon has spent 20 years in Medical Coding working for Portsmouth Hospital and HCA
Hospitals. She has since moved on and pursued her passion for real estate. She loves
discovering new areas in New Hampshire and the never-ending hunt for that perfect property!

Sharon has been an active member in her community. She believes we all need to find a way to
give back. Sharon started a community group in Hampstead that gives to homeless and foster
families as well as honoring veterans. Sharon and her husband also participate in local
charities to aid the homeless in Manchester and Laconia. She carries the values of hard work, integrity and experience to what she does.
